Netbooks are small laptops. They are lighter and cheaper and very practical to tote around. They are great for surfing the interenet, checking email, taking notes and for listening to music. Keyboards are now closer to full sized and the life of a battery is extended.

Netbooks are making the idea of student laptops more realistic.

Hardware Device of the Month

Miniature Projectors are now available. These digital projectors are the size of a cell phone and great for spontaneous presentations. Students can follow along with visual presentations.
